A screening of the film Can I Live?, is taking place at the Ransom Pentecostal AME Zion Church in Mallinson Road.

Can I Live? is a powerful story addressing the climate crisis performed by Fehinti Balogun, incorporating spoken word, rap, music, theatre, animation and facts. Fehinti draws the connections with the environmental crisis and the struggle for social justice.

The film will be followed by a time for discussion and for some food.

This event is particularly aimed at young people whose future will be massively impacted by the climate crisis, but older people warmly invited as well.

This event is a collaboration between the Ransom AME Zion Church and XR Wandsworth, and is part of Wandsworth Council's Sustainable September.
